Create a Test in Ultra Course View

On the course content page, click the plus sign (+) or open the folder of the area where you would like to add the test. Select Create from the menu that displays.
Under Assessments select Test.
On the new test page, provide a Title.
To add questions, click the plus sign and select the Question Type (Note: You may also add files and text such as instructions for the test).
When you have finished adding questions and text, it is time to configure the Test Settings. Click the Gear icon in the Test Settings panel to access the Test Settings screen.
Configure the due date, randomize questions, set grading options, add a time limit, add rubrics, and assign to groups from this menu. When finished, click Save to save your settings.
Lastly, set the test availability with the Hidden from Students drop-down box in the upper right. Students will not be able to see the test in your course until you allow it.
