Exporting a Course Package in Ultra Course View

Exporting a course package can be useful for many reasons. You can export a course package and save it to create a backup of your materials, share your content with other instructors, or import the package into Blackboard at a later date to teach another course using the same materials.

To export a course package:

1. Navigate to the Ultra course you wish to export a package for, and click the 3 dots in the top-right corner of the Course Content area.
2. Select Export Course Package.
   
   
   
   
3. The Export/Archive Course panel will open at the right of the screen. In this panel, click the Export Package Icon .
   
   
   
4. A dialog box will appear asking if you wish to include student data in your export. Selecting "Yes" will create a course archive including all student submissions. Selecting "No" will only export course content.
   
   
   
   
5. The export will begin, and a progress wheel will display in the Export/Archive Course panel.
6. When the export file is ready, the status will change to display the file name.
   
   
   
   
7. Click the file name to download it to your computer.
