Embedding a YouTube Video in a Blackboard Ultra Course

YouTube videos can be embedded into ultra documents within the Couse Content of a Blackboard Ultra course. To embed a YouTube video:

1. Navigate to where, within the Course Content, you would like to embed the video and click the purple plus sign.
   
   
2. From the menu, choose Create
   
   
   
   
3. In the Create Item panel, select Document
   
   
   
   
4. Give the Document a name, and then select Add Content
   
   
   
   
5. In the content editor, click the Insert Content button and select YouTube Video
   
   
   
   
6. Search for your video in the Search for a Video field, then select it from the videos that display
   
   
   
   
7. Provide any Alternative Text you wish, and toggle the Display Content settings to your liking, then click Insert to embed your video
   
   
   
   
8. Your video is now embedded in the ultra Document. Click Save to return to your Course Content.
