Creating a Discussion Link within a Course Folder

A link to discussion forums can also be created in course folders. This allows links to discussion activities to be easily accessed with other weekly content.

1. Navigate to a course folder where the discussion link will be offered to students.
2. Select Tools and then Discussion Board.
   
   
   
   
3. On the Create Link: Discussion Board page, link to the main discussion board page, a previously created discussion board forum, or create a new forum.
   
   
   
4. Click Next
5. A name for the link, additional information, and link release dates can now be set.
6. Click Submit and the link will be created.
