Collaborate Ultra automatically takes attendance for you. Every time a session or the Course Room is used by you or your students, an attendance report is generated. To access the reports:
- Navigate to the Collaborate Ultra tool.
- Click the circle with three dots associated with the session you want to view attendance for.
- Click View Reports
- Reports are listed in reverse chronological order. Click View report in the Attendance column to open it.
- The report lists your students, when they joined and left your session, and their total time in the session. You can export this report in a printable or CSV format.
Note: If students joined using the Guest Link for your session, the names they typed in when they joined will display.
