How to Access and Share Collaborate Ultra Recordings

You and your students can access recordings by accessing Collaborate Ultra but they're tricky to find. Follow the steps below to access recordings and copy links to recordings to share with your students in Content Areas or Announcements. This process can also be used to share recordings with other classes.

Access Recordings

1. In the Collaborate Ultra tool, click the hamburger menu icon.
   
2. Click Recordings.
3. If you don't see the recording/s you're looking for, try changing the Filter from Recent Recordings to Recordings in a Range.
4. Change the start date.
   

Copy Recording Links

1. On the Recordings page, click the three dots next to the recording you want to share.
2. Click Copy link.
3. The link is now on your clipboard and can be deployed as a Web Link or hyperlink for students.
