Requesting Auto-Generated Captions for Yuja Videos

Requesting auto-generated captions for YuJa videos is easy and increases the accessibility of your video content. YuJa offers AI-based ASR (automated speech recognition) captioning and transcription services at about a 90-95% accuracy rate for videos created and/or uploaded to YuJa. To request Auto Captions for a video, once it has finished processing:

1. Hover your cursor over the thumbnail image for the video and select More.
   
   
2. When the menu expands, choose Accessibility.
   
   
   
   
3. On the Accessibility menu, select Auto Caption
   
   
   
   
4. On the Caption Request pop up, choose the Caption Language and select Send Caption Request.
   
   
   
   

Users will receive an email once the captioning has been completed. Once the captions are available, users can Edit the Captions on their YuJa Videos for increased accuracy.
